For your staff

Having worked in HR for 3 years I have a real understanding of workplace stresses and the needs of staff. Workplace yoga and meditation sessions are the perfect opportunity to support your employees’ mental wellbeing and address the physical aches and pains of desk-based work.

These sessions can fit around your employee’s day, at lunchtime, after work or before their day begins. I can host sessions on site in Glasgow or online (or a hybrid) to best suite the needs of your staff.

For your events

Yoga or meditation can be a great addition to your conference or event, to give attendees a break and re-focus them.

I have previously delivered chair yoga as a break-out session in conferences, in-person and online which was well received.

I’ve also hosted yoga classes as part of a programme of events for example for World Mental Health Day, and University Freshers’ Weeks.

Previous clients include: National Energy Action, Strathclyde University, Strathclyde Students’ Union, Glasgow University, City of Glasgow College and Glasgow Council on Alcohol.
